Our payment provider has now closed this incident. According to PayEx, the problem started at 2020-11-18 10:16 CET, and was solved at 2020-11-18 11:22 CET. Failed callbacks was re-sent at 13:41 CET.

We are still awaiting an update from our payment provider on this incident. However, we are not seeing any failed payments, but have had a few reports of users not being able to attach their credit card to their profile.

We have received confirmation from our mobile partner that this problem was resolved around 13:15 CET.

We are seeing signs of recovery. In Oslo, around 2% of stations are now affected, and in Verona 5%. We will provide a new update by 14:00 CET.

We are not seeing any failed payments so far, and the impact therefore seems to be low. We will provide an update if this changes, or if we get more details from the 3rd party payment provider (PayEx)

We just got an update from the 3rd party payment service that the incident is resolved on their end. The incident started at 2020-09-18 19:31 CEST and was resolved at 2020-09-19 16:30 CEST. We are only seeing successful subscription purchases from the last 30 minutes, so this issue seems resolved.
