We were able to restore vehicle availability to the correct state.

Update

Maintnance is still in progress. Vehicles on the street previously unavailable should now be available again. We're going to thourougly investigate the availability states of vehicles not on the street, currently all categorized as missing in the Urban Sharing admin console.
