Intermittent station unavailbility in Oslo, Verona, Milano

Resolved

On approximately 09:41 CEST, an error condition triggered that resulted in unavailability of approximately 60% of bike stations across Oslo, Verona and Milano, and shortly thereafter near 100% of stations. No trips could be started, but bikes could be delivered. The issue was resolved on 10:18 CEST, and normal availability for all stations was confirmed by 10:27 CEST.
